A single individual baseline analysis will comprise of:

  • QCA of culprit lesion in "worst view" including Reference Vessel Diameter, Minimal Lumen Diameter, %Diameter Stenosis and Lesion Length at up to 3 time points (baseline, post-PTCA, post-stent);

  • QCA post-stent be performed according to current DES evaluation standards: in-stent and in-segment (stent plus 5 mm proximal and distal beyond edges of the stented segment)

  • Qualitative preprocedural lesion morphology classification of culprit plaques as proposed by Ambrose and modified by Dangas

  • Qualitative postprocedural evaluation of outcome: dissection (length, class), intimal flap, side branch closure, thrombus, spasm.

  • TIMI flow evaluation in the infarct-related artery at baseline and post-intervention

  • MBG evaluation

  • cTFC calculation

  • IVUS-VH assessment

Other services such as: tracking and archiving of received angiograms, generation of single queries, entering the complete patient dataset in the database and transmission of data to Data Management designated by the Sponsor, global monitoring of queries, follow-up queries to non-respon sive sites, analysis of adverse events, express analysis for e.g. Clinical Event Committee, are also offered. Data management, statistical analysis and assistance in preparation of final reports for regulatory agencies are also provided.
